It’s not a bad product, but for what it costs, I expected a bit more. I also wish the instructions were clearer, since it took some guessing to figure everything out. Overall, it works okay, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again at this price

I got the CLE credit just fine, so that part worked for me. I just wish the accreditation details were laid out a bit more clearly because I had to poke around and double-check what actually counted.

I used Lexvid for a couple of assessments, I think sometime last month or maybe the month before, and the quizzes were easy to get through. The questions were clear and didn’t feel confusing, which I appreciated. I also liked being able to see my results right away. It’s not overly complicated or flashy, it just works, and that makes keeping up with courses a lot less stressful

I did get it in the end, and support did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, not a bad experience, but the certificate side could be a little smoother

I was trying to log in to lexvid.com and it kept telling me my password was wrong, which was weird because I’m almost positive I had it right. Maybe I mistyped it once, but after a few tries it was just annoying.

The reset email also took longer than I expected to show up, and while I was waiting I kept checking spam, going back to the login page, all that. Then when the email finally came in, the link wasn’t super clear and I ended up having to try it twice before it actually worked.

I did eventually get back into my account, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the whole thing felt more complicated than it needed to be. The site itself is fine, I guess, it’s just frustrating when you need to get in quickly and the login process gets in the way.
